I’m a 38 year old male from Sydney, Australia interested in spiritual awakening. My topics will range from mental health to extraterrestrials to spiritual awakening.
I chose the two animals, the ostrich and the elephant, because I think they are symbolic for humanity and its awakening. The ostrich because people usually think they keep their heads in the sand when in actual fact they are turning over their eggs, incubating them, and they lay the biggest eggs of any birds. The elephant because they are powerful but peaceful, and are the remover of obstacles.
The two animals are also referenced in a song by my favourite songwriter, Conor Oberst (of Bright Eyes), in the song, “I Got the Reason #2”:
“In the vast hard drive
In the satellites that kick and spin
They keep the old footage
So that everything can live again
Pretty pink roses
The ostrich and the elephant
It’s the last Noah’s ark
So everything’s got to fit”
